Our Process is Simple!

We want to make it easy for you to do business with Contractor Succession.  It’s hard enough getting through your day without adding something else to it.  It was Albert Einstein who said “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.”  Sometimes, having a fresh set of eyes looking at what you’re doing can help you change the course of your business.  Successful business people use coaches and mentors if they want to change some things in their business and in their life.

Our process usually starts with a simple phone call.  We provide a FREE 1-hour phone consultation that allows us both to determine if we’re the right fit for each other.  Once that is completed and we’ve agreed to take the next step, we will plan a 1-2 day on-site visit to perform our “State-of-the-Union” assessment.  The cost for assessment will vary between $3,500 and $5,000 depending on the complexity of that assessment.  From the assessment, we will develop a “cursory” valuation of your business as well as provide a detailed analysis of how we see your strengths and weaknesses.  It will also include a prioritized plan of action for how to improve your company’s profitability and value for an eventual sale or transfer.  At this point, you can either decide to take that report and utilize yourself or you can elect to work with Contractor Succession on an  extended coaching engagement where we help lead you through the action plan for maximum results.
